Ensuring Your First Visit is Stress-Free
Our team here at Kringle Dentistry is excited to welcome you into our brand-new dental office in Grenada! Drs. Kyle and Kasey have spared no expense in creating a space where they can provide high-quality, modern care in a stress-free and professional environment. We encourage you to review the following information before attending your first visit; that way, you’re certain to enjoy a positive experience.
Your First Visit
We kindly request that all of our new dental patients fill out their new patient paperwork before arriving at our office to help speed up the check-in process. When you first arrive for your appointment, we’ll ask you to hand in this paperwork so that we can quickly get you entered into our system. If you’re unable to fill it out beforehand, don’t fret—just plan to show up early so you’ll have enough time for this! Ideally, we’ll be able to get you checked in as soon as you’re here, so you hardly have to wait.
We’ll then call you back to our treatment room; your first visit will consist of a clinical exam and a thorough cleaning so we can begin to gauge your oral health and determine the best way to ensure it remains in tip-top shape moving forward. Drs. Kyle and Kasey will be thorough, so rest assured, if there’s anything concerning at all, they’ll let you know and quickly enact a treatment plan.
Of course, once they’ve finished speaking with you about this, the team will deep clean your teeth and gums, carefully clearing away any plaque and tartar your brush at home can’t reach. Finally, after we’ve wrapped up your checkup and cleaning, we’ll send you out to the front office to check out and schedule your next visit!
Dental Patient Forms
To make things easier for you and our team, as well as to cut down on your waiting time once you arrive, we ask that you download and fill out your new patient paperwork before your appointment. Simply bring these completed forms with you and we’ll be able to quickly get you entered into our system; from there, we’ll be able to keep every important detail about your smile on file and ensure optimized, streamlined care moving forward!
Dental Insurance
We know that maintaining a healthy and bright smile isn't always cheap or easy; however, we firmly believe that concerns about finances should not prevent you or your family members from getting necessary dental care. That’s why we’re pleased to be in-network with most major PPO providers; we want you to save money whenever possible! If you’re unsure about the specifics of your dental insurance plan, don’t hesitate to contact us; our skilled staff has lots of experience navigating the hard-to-understand language found in some plans, and we’ll help to fully answer your questions.
